Developmental Kindergarten – NEW!

Introducing Our Developmental Kindergarten (DK)

Bridge the gap from pre-school to kindergarten with a curriculum that includes language arts, mathematics, science, art, music, Hebrew/Judaic studies, technology, physical education, and social-emotional learning.

Our Wise Developmental Kindergarten, DK, offers a stimulating social and academic environment that bridges the gap from pre-school to kindergarten. Our comprehensive curriculum and nurturing environment is designed to address the academic, developmental, and social needs of the individual child. Children will be immersed in language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies, through meaningful and relevant activities, that are developmentally appropriate and foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Students’ experiences will be elevated through our Hebrew and Judaic studies programs. They will participate in Wise School events and programming, including early exposure to the Wise Learning Process, developed in partnership with USC ’s Rossier School of Education, which focuses on critical and creative thinking. Students will proudly wear their uniforms as the newest members of the Wise elementary school community.
