- Tashlich at the Beach | Sunday, September 20, 3 p.m. | Santa Monica Beach, Parking Lot 4 South, Lifeguard Station 24 | All Ages. Join us for Tashlich, an uplifting gathering of song and inspiration at the beach. Tashlich means to “cast” or “send off.” A beautiful custom for the Days of Awe, we symbolically attach our old selves and misdeeds to bread crumbs and toss them into the ocean. Bring family and friends!
- Family Yom Kippur | Wednesday, September 23, 3-3:45 p.m. | Skirball Cultural Center | All Ages. Sound the Shofar with Rabbi Yoshi Zweiback and Cantor Nathan Lam on the Day of Atonement. Commemorate with songs, stories, and more.
- Sukkot under the Stars | Sunday, September 27, 5:30 p.m. | Sakler Plaza | All Ages. Celebrate Sukkot with Rabbi Yoshi and the Stephen Wise Temple Clergy as we decorate our sukkah with recycled materials from our educational partner, Trash for Teaching. Bring your own dinner or order boxed dinners here!
