Experience Wholeness

At Wise School, one of our goals is to help children, parents, and staff find moments of peace and wholeness – moments of shalom.

These moments take place in a myriad of ways all over our campus: from a kindergartner exploring his spirituality during Shabbat services to a fourth grader discovering her strengths on the basketball court; in a science class learning about how the body functions for optimal health or in our sustainable gardens, planting and harvesting delicious organic vegetables; from sixth graders planning their hesed project and then experiencing the joy of knowing that they have made a difference in our world to our first graders bringing tzedakah and sova to contribute to those in need. Some of these moments of wholeness – Shalom – are the result of careful planning, others emerge naturally and spontaneously, an organic part of the culture we build at Wise School.
